ESTHER: TOWER BEATS PALACE | 7.20.25 | MIKE SCHNEPP

20 July, 2025
Sermon Recap
Pastor Mike Schnepp dived deep into Esther’s story, focusing on her response to the threat against the Jewish people in chapter 4. He highlighted how she grappled with fear, insecurity, and the call to courage amid chaos. When confronted by her uncle Mordecai’s unwavering faith, her perspective shifts, revealing a profound truth: true safety is found not in the palatial comforts of life, but in the steadfast tower of God’s presence. Pastor Mike encouraged the congregation to examine their own “palaces”—the false securities where we often seek refuge, whether in finances, relationships, or self-reliance. He invited listeners to embrace a faith that runs to the tower of the Lord, where one finds ultimate peace and strength.
