At Vox Church, we believe in fostering authentic biblical community. Whether you're looking to dip your toes into leadership or you're ready to commit to guiding a group, we have a pathway tailored for you. 

OPTION 1: START AS A HOST GROUP LEADER

Ideal for: Those new to leadership or seeking a short-term commitment.
Duration: 6–8 weeks

Overview: Host Groups are a great way to explore leading a community group in a low-pressure setting. You’ll gather people, facilitate discussion, and grow in your faith alongside others.

STEPS TO GET STARTED

01 Apply

Fill out the Host Group Form to express your interest.

02 Pick a Day

Coordinate with your campus Discipleship Director to select a suitable day and time.

03 Host

Invite friends, family, or church members to join your group and begin the journey together.

Support Provided

  • Group Curriculum: Start with our Safe Tables series — designed to help set a foundation for building healthy, authentic community.
  • Group Coach: Receive mentorship and guidance throughout your hosting experience.

OPTION 2: BECOME A TRAINED COMMUNITY GROUP LEADER

Ideal for: Those ready to commit to leading a group with a long-term vision.
Program: Community Group Leader Experience Class
Format: 3–6 interactive sessions

  • P.R.I.M.E.D. Framework: Understand the foundational values of leadership at Vox.
  • Spiritual Growth: Focus on your own spiritual nourishment as you prepare to lead others.
  • Practical Tools: Gain insights on leading with clarity, purpose, and spiritual health.
